Organization description: mission, vision, and activities : This is Syed Yousuf with Helping Hand; I am reaching out to you today with a great news. Helping Hand is arranging 20 workshops “Developing mentally strong people, families and communities, over the course of four weekend all across Florida. This workshop will be absolutely free for the communities. Along with the workshop, there will be a very short Helping Hand presentation for the community (No fund raising will be done at the workshop).

Brief description of the event: Mentally strong people are not always born with special powers. Or have easy lives with big budgets, extra time, and better luck. Instead, they develop their minds, manage their emotions, and behave proactively, choosing to act to improve their lives, They commit to developing a positive mind set. They are just ordinary people determined to achieve extraordinarily results.

We can all build our mental strength by design by learning to set our own inspired standards for higher motivation and start consciously learning the qualities that develop mentally strong people, families and communities.
