Brief description of the event: The Annual Qur'an Competition

6-7 judjing rooms ( 3 in old Masjid and 3-4 in new Masjid) and a registration/waiting area (old Masjid) are needed to host the 21 st annual Qur'an competition
We need half an hour to set up and half an hour to clean up in sha Allah
Each judging room has two judges who evaluate 10-20 students depending on the category
